- Supported the PPC with detailed technical capacity building to deliver on multiparty political reforms in accordance with R-ARCSS and reviewed laws.
- Trained, coached, and mentored the staff of the PPC to technically harmonization the Strategic Plan (2020 – 2025) of PPC with R-ARCSS and revisited Vision 2040, emphasizing on political reforms within the new trends of e-governance.
- Updated the organizational structure (organogram) of PPC with clear line of bureaucratic authority and division of mandated duties/rights.
- Aided the PPC in harmonizing the legislative frameworks and policies of RTGoNU for promotion of multi-party politics to match with the demands of RARCSS implementation.
- Guided in organizing quarterly Political Parties Leadership forums presided by the Chairperson of the PPC.

- Led in the preparation of gender profiles reports, with a focus on transition within project states to inform the IOM’s Country Strategy Papers (CSP) and Regional Integration Strategy Papers (RISP);
- Contribute to gender related knowledge production that led to policy dialogue with a particular emphasis on fragile environments to inform the integration strategy and help prepare budget support initiative as well as policy reforms;
