Undergraduate Entry Requirement

For students who completed their secondary education within South Sudan: Please bring the following documents: Original Senior Four (S4) Certificate, Copy of your National Identity Card, Two passport-size photographs, & Birth certificate. For students with foreign certificates: All certificates must be authenticated.

Once the above mentioned documents are ready, you are advised to visit the Admissions Office after the intake announcement is made. Please note that a non-refundable admission fee, the amount of which will be specified in the announcement will be required at the time of application.

Graduate Admissions

Applications for graduate programmes must be submitted during the official admission period announced by the Graduate College at the University of Juba, typically at the end of the second semester. These applications are processed two months prior to the beginning of each academic year.

Applications for Doctorate degree programmes, which are entirely research-based, are accepted throughout the year.

Applicants for Doctorate programmes must include two copies of a 3–5 page synopsis with their application. This synopsis will be reviewed and approved before the applicant can be granted provisional admission for a period of up to one year.

The University of Juba, through its various schools, offers short courses ranging in duration from 2 to 24 weeks.
